Co-Owners Sam and Mike created Furlough Brothers to share their love of delicious, filling sandwiches. Their concepts quickly evolved to include Packin’ Bowls, Healthy Bowls by Furlough Brothers and Furlough Salads – a healthy, yet filling, option for people who want food that is good for you but also tastes great. Sam shares with Texas Foodies TV viewers how he and Mike were given this unique opportunity when they were both “furloughed” from their jobs on the same day. So they met, discussed opportunities and decided it was time to leave the hotel industry and start their own venture.
