Rose Broussard, who utilizes her mother’s recipes for Off the Bone’s delicious side dishes, shared, “My mother taught me everything she knew, but her goal for me was to get an education. So cooking became a hobby.”

Off the Bone Barbeque opened at 1734 South Lamar Street in Dallas in 2008. Dwight Harvey, Owner and Pit Master, shares with viewers how he selects the best cuts of meat, seasons them with a unique blend of Texas and Cajun spices and  then smokes them to perfection slowly over pecan wood. The process creates a sweet, smoky flavor on meat that falls off the bone.  Click to View Photos
